This beer hits close to home after the 2025 event in Southport on the waterfront. Regardless of that reason, I was very impressed by this beer. I loved the hop to flavor ratio and on top of that, this beer has such a light feeling and lower ABV than most IPAs. I was not sure if this brew would stay on their menu or be short term due to the incident. But, I do hope this beer stays. The color was a crisp golden and the finish was very light, smooth, and didn’t stay long, making it easy to sip on. I would 100% recommend this beer. This was my favorite brew I tried from Carolina Crab Brewing Company.
