I previously worked as an Assistant Brewer in the Midwest. I grew up in Minnesota and later moved to North Carolina, where I quickly fell in love with the local beer scene. Even though I couldn’t bring my brewery job with me, I still have a huge passion for craft beer and discovering new taprooms.
